Who do you think you are?

YOUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST

Who are you? This may be one of the most important questions we can ask about ourselves. How we see ourselves, and who we are as saved believers in Jesus Christ, is the key to living an empowered Christian life.

Workbook

Discover why a mixed message of works and grace has robbed us of the victorious life of peace and power promised in the gospel of Jesus Christ, and how to recover the victory He has won for us!

In our many years of being Christians, we have had a lot of instruction but seemingly little power to live the supernatural Christian life promised in the Bible. It seemed like there was always more to ‘get right, ’ more to learn, more to do, more to give, more to cut off, more to grasp, more hungering, thirsting, and repenting in sackcloth and ashes so we could be ‘good enough’ to live like Christ here on the earth.

Finally, after many years, we have reached a better understanding of freedom and empowerment. It shouldn’t have taken so long. After all, it’s not a new message or a new method. It isn’t some Gnostic ‘secret knowledge’ that we somehow missed. It’s the same message Jesus and the early disciples preached from the very beginning. Only now are we seeing that message without a religious veil over our eyes, so to speak. By ‘rightly dividing the Word’ and daring to believe God fully, we are discovering what Watchman Nee described as the normal Christian life.

By simply separating the Old Covenant and its law-based behaviour modification program from the New Covenant of grace, we’ve discovered the simplicity and power of the gospel.

The good news really is very good news after all!

We wrote this book firstly for ourselves. To step us through the most critical foundation of our Christian life – understanding who we truly are. We hope this will also help others rightly separate Law from Grace, take God at His word, and live a powerful Christian life.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

(2 Corinthians 5:17, ESV)
